Task
Traditional tax-filing solutions rely on static forms and complex jargon, leading to user frustration and errors. The challenge was to design a voice-driven experience that could handle dynamic tax scenarios while staying intuitive and error-free.
Our solution
We created a natural, voice-first interface powered by AI. It allows users to speak naturally while the assistant handles calculations, requests necessary documents, provides real-time clarifications, and proactively prevents mistakes. The solution included a hybrid fallback chat UI for edge cases and accessibility.
