Project Overview
Software that runs a poker club's floor: waitlists and seating, dealer tablets, the cash cage and the tournament clock.
What We Built
Continuous development across the whole platform through a single request board. On the floor: the waitlist-to-table seating flow, the live cash table with its seats and queue, and the dealer tablet at the table. On the money side: a rebuilt cash cage with role-scoped access, including a kiosk-only front desk. For tournaments: reusable default settings, banners that persist between events, a structure library that covers ante-only and mixed-game formats, and corrected average-stack and rebuy-fee maths. For clubs: the club portal, club applications and auto-generated member IDs.
The Challenge We Solved
A poker room runs several things at once: players waiting for seats, cash games in progress, a cage moving money, and tournaments each with their own structure and clock. The platform is in use by clubs, so requests arrive straight from the floor and have to ship without interrupting a room in play.
