SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms govern your use of the text-messaging program operated by Junzi Tech Solutions LLC (“JunziDev,” “we,” “us”). By providing your mobile phone number through any of our enrollment channels, you agree to these terms. These terms supplement, and do not replace, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Program Description
The JunziDev SMS program sends transactional and informational messages related to your inquiry about our app development services. Message types include:
- Appointment booking confirmations after you schedule a consultation call
- Morning-of reminders for upcoming scheduled calls
- Follow-up messages if a scheduled call was missed, including a link to reschedule
- Brief identifying messages immediately before an outbound call you have agreed to receive
- Customer-service replies in response to your inbound messages
2. How to Enroll (Opt-In)
You may opt in to the program by:
- Submitting our public SMS opt-in form at junzidev.com/sms-opt-in with the consent checkbox checked
- Submitting any JunziDev intake or scoping form on our website that requests a phone number
- Submitting one of our Facebook or Instagram lead-ad forms, which include the same SMS consent disclosure
- Sending the keyword START to (737) 937-5777
Each opt-in channel includes the disclosure: “By submitting, you agree to receive SMS messages from JunziDev about your app consultation. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
3. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any message we send you. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further marketing or appointment messages will be sent. To rejoin later, reply START.
4. How to Get Help
Reply HELP or INFO to any message for support. You will receive a brief auto-response with our contact information. You may also email us directly at legal@junzitechsolutions.com.
5. Message Frequency
Frequency varies with your activity. A typical appointment cycle generates approximately 1 to 5 messages (one confirmation, one morning-of reminder, optional follow-up, and any conversational replies you initiate). We do not send marketing blasts.
6. Costs and Carriers
Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. JunziDev does not charge a fee for messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. wireless providers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most regional carriers). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy and Data Use
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third party, affiliate, or partner for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are processed only by service providers strictly required to deliver these messages (Twilio, Inc. for SMS; Vapi, Inc. for any voice consultation calls you book). 8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and the authorized user or owner of the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
